Common Questions
Straight answers to the questions we hear most often.
Can you deliver training in languages other than English?
Yes. We are a Canadian organization serving a diverse population. We deliver training in French and can partner with community interpreters or bilingual facilitators for other languages. Multilingual delivery is available on request.
How do you tailor content for audiences with low digital literacy?
We design from the learner up. For audiences with low digital literacy, we use plain language, visual aids, hands-on practice, and a slow, patient pace. We never assume prior knowledge and we create a safe space for questions.
Do you provide materials after the training?
Yes. All training includes take-home materials, reference guides, and links to trusted resources. For custom programs, we can develop branded workbooks, checklists, and video summaries.
Can you train our staff to run your programs independently?
Absolutely. Our train-the-trainer model is designed for exactly this. We train your facilitators, provide full curriculum materials, and offer ongoing support so you can run the program yourself.
How do you measure the impact of your training?
We use pre and post assessments, participant feedback surveys, and where appropriate, follow-up check-ins to measure knowledge gain, confidence improvement, and behavioral change. We share all findings with our partners.
Why Nation Code?
We know that digital inclusion is not just about access. It is about confidence and capability. Our trainers are passionate Canadians who meet people where they are, speak their language, and make technology feel approachable, not intimidating.
As a non-profit, we are not trying to sell you more sessions than you need. We design the right program for your community, measure the impact honestly, and share what we learn.
Ready to build digital skills?
Whether it is one workshop or an ongoing program, we will design something that works for your team or community.
